Please ensure your billing information is the same for your credit card. Incomplete or incorrect orders may delay the receipt of your wine. Additionally, please allow 1-3 business days for you credit card to be processed.
GUARANTEE
We put great pride into our product, materials and packaging. If you should ever receive wine that is damaged or that you are not satisfied with please contact us immediately to receive a replacement. If the current vintage is unavailable we will be happy to substitute a different vintage.
ALLOTMENTS
We are not currently limiting purchases. However, in anticipation of future excess demand over our limited supply we are maintaining a mailing list purchase history. First priority will be given to customers who have shown continued loyalty.
SHIPPING

You, the customer, are responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverages into your state. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. Your order constitutes your authorization to engage a common carrier on your behalf to deliver your wine. Note, that if we deliver your wine to CA, we must charge you CA sales tax.

Shipping via 2-DAY air to a business address ensures the best protection for your wine. We recommend 2-DAY air shipping but will ship GROUND unless you specify that you would like your wine shipped via 2-DAY air. To have your wine shipped differently please note this on your order form or when placing your order.

During the summer months of July and August we do not recommend shipping any wine to any states other than CA, WA and OR. Frazier Winery assumes no risk should you choose to ship your wine during these months. We are happy to store your shipment in our warehouse until the weather cools down in late September.

STORAGE & PERSONAL PICK UP

If you would like to arrange for the pick up of your wine please notate this when placing your order. We are unable to offer storage of your wine at our facility. If you wish to store your wine, we recommend that you set up an account with a storage facility such as 55 Degrees (www.fiftyfivedegrees.com or 707-963-5513) or All Ways Cool (www.AllWaysCool.com or 707-545-7450). These companies offer wine collectors secure, temperature controlled storage and cellar management at their facilities in the Napa Valley. We offer free delivery to either of these locations.
